The olive tree, more than just a tree

The olive grove at Domaine Four de Cony is the fruit of a beautiful story that began in 1980 when the estate was acquired. The surrounding land was acquired when the opportunity arose to replace market garden crops with olive groves. It’s a story that unfolds with the whims of time, and our olive oil reflects all the generosity of the place.

We invite you to take an unforgettable stroll through the heart of our Aglandau, the essence par excellence for the Vaucluse, resistant to cold and dry weather.

An exclusive oil

Our oil, known as ‘fruité vert’, comes from our olives harvested and pressed in early November. Its artichoke flavour and peppery aftertaste make it a full-bodied, aromatic oil.  Our oil, which is produced in limited quantities, is available exclusively for sale at the Domaine.

In the kitchen, Marie-Paule uses this oil generously to concoct delicious dishes that bring out all the natural flavours of our olive oil.
